At The Antiques Furniture, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The item received is damaged during transit
  • The item received is incorrect or different from the order placed
  • All issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery
  2. Provide your order number, description of the issue, and clear photos/videos showing the damage or error
  3. Our team will review the request and respond within 1–2 business days
  4. Returns requested after 24 hours may not be accepted.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with original packaging
  • Any item showing signs of use, alteration, or damage after delivery will not be eligible for return
  • Returns without prior approval will not be accepted

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Antique, vintage, or one-of-a-kind items
  • Customized or made-to-order furniture
  • Items with minor variations in color, texture, finish, or natural wood characteristics
  • Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery

Return Shipping

  • If the return is approved due to damage or incorrect delivery, return shipping will be arranged or covered by us
  • If damage is caused after delivery or due to customer handling, return shipping will not be covered

Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
  • Once an order has been shipped or delivered, cancellation is not possible

Important Notes

  • Antique and handcrafted furniture may have natural imperfections, which are part of their authenticity and not considered defects
  • Product images are for reference; slight variations may occur due to lighting and screen differences
