Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- The item received is damaged during transit
- The item received is incorrect or different from the order placed
- All issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery
- Provide your order number, description of the issue, and clear photos/videos showing the damage or error
- Our team will review the request and respond within 1–2 business days
- Returns requested after 24 hours may not be accepted.
Return Conditions
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with original packaging
- Any item showing signs of use, alteration, or damage after delivery will not be eligible for return
- Returns without prior approval will not be accepted
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Antique, vintage, or one-of-a-kind items
- Customized or made-to-order furniture
- Items with minor variations in color, texture, finish, or natural wood characteristics
- Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery
Return Shipping
- If the return is approved due to damage or incorrect delivery, return shipping will be arranged or covered by us
- If damage is caused after delivery or due to customer handling, return shipping will not be covered
Refund Process
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
- Once an order has been shipped or delivered, cancellation is not possible
Important Notes
- Antique and handcrafted furniture may have natural imperfections, which are part of their authenticity and not considered defects
- Product images are for reference; slight variations may occur due to lighting and screen differences
