At Wood of Arts & Antique Furniture, we are committed to providing secure, timely, and professional delivery services across the United Arab Emirates.

1. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver across the United Arab Emirates (UAE), including but not limited to:

  • Dubai
  • Abu Dhabi
  • Sharjah
  • Ajman
  • Other surrounding Emirates and locations

2. Delivery Timelines

  • Standard delivery is typically completed within 3 to 4 working days, depending on the product type and delivery location.
  • Estimated delivery timelines are displayed on individual product pages where applicable.
  • Orders containing multiple items may be delivered in separate shipments based on product availability and logistics requirements.
  • While we make every effort to meet stated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including traffic conditions, weather, public holidays, or third-party logistics issues.

3. Delivery Charges

  • Free standard delivery is available on all UAE orders with a total value of AED 1,000 or above.
  • For UAE orders below AED 1,000, a flat delivery charge of AED 120 will apply.
  • Any express, priority, or special delivery requests (if available) may incur additional charges, which will be communicated in advance.
  • Delivery, shipping, and handling charges are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered items.

4. Delivery & Installation Services

  • Standard delivery includes doorstep delivery only.
  • Installation and basic placement services are included only if confirmed at the time of order.
  • Any special installation or assembly requirements must be communicated to us in advance.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that access routes — including elevators, staircases, doorways, corridors, and entrances — are suitable to accommodate large or heavy furniture items before delivery. Any additional costs due to access limitations may be charged to the customer.

5. Delivery Acceptance

  • Customers or authorised representatives must be present at the delivery location to receive and inspect the items.
  • Any visible damage, defects, or discrepancies must be reported at the time of delivery or within 24 hours of receipt.
